The cooks a moron bc he clearly cant read your order & puts what he wants. Goodbye FIRESIDE ! To expensive regular cheap deli food items and Staff is not Friendly owner is Rude ! Cashier was the only pleasant person working there ! I will not be coming back and I have been eating here for almost 15 yrs. I don’t know what happen to the old owners but this place has gone downhill. So I had to Drive back and waste another hour. On a $30 meal HOW? no thank u I told him I would come in and he would need to make them again. I told him That’s not What I ordered he said he could give me a discount when I came in next time. He said All chicken Is the same as if I should just eat it because it’s chicken. And told him how my order was Not correct he said that he has bad hearing meanwhile he didn’t write any of the orders down. I called the owner once I got home which was 20 mins Away. the Rib sandwich which was 599 special was very Dry Dry Dry no bbq sauce was on it all.

When I reached home My two breaded Chicken Cutlets sandwiches were actually made with Grilled Chicken The Mac and cheese was watery and I usually LOVE LOVE IT BUT NEVER AGAIN there was a small piece of hair in it. I got two waters my food came out to $30. So I asked him to put in on a hero for the price. i then the owner or worker why he would charge me 5.99 if it wasn’t on a Hero and had less meat. And was still charged the same price 5.99 with less ribs on my sandwich. Went there today got Asked for 2 breaded chic cutlets one on a roll and one on hero side of small Mac n Cheese and a Boneless RIBs sandwich which was the special $5.99 on A Hero I asked if I could get the ribs on a roll. HORRIBLE !! Do Not EAT here they Over Price everything! Food Specials Are not discounted 5.99 is not a special when most of there sandwiches are 6.45 on a roll And hero 7.45+.
